37cm Bream caught on a handline using prawns, goes to show its not always the person with the best gear that lands the best fish. This week has seen some fantastic catches throughout the river with the best a flathead to 1 metre caught and released along the Noosaville foreshore.

Mother and daughter Karen and Annaliese caught these couple of nice bream on Mondays half day charter aboard Noosa Fishing and Crab Adventures. The water is starting to clear up on the run in tide after the rain a week ago. The rivermouth has been the best area this week
